Focusing on assisting with the delivery of the industrys highest quality installation and repair services and DIRECTOR vehicle setup. Will assist the team with -Installer verifications -SF case updates and installation confirmation -Order review and work order creation (ServiceMax or SAP CRM) -Installation/Service provider selection and assignment -Scheduling Support for complex orders or on occasions where SLAs are in violation -Vendor setup for new installation partners and/or changes to existing -Qualifications: -Current BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent, with 5+ years of relevant industry experience. -Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills -Experience with the SAP SM Module preferred -Experience with SalesForce.com and ServiceMax Module preferred -Intermediate to advanced MS Office and Excel -IStrong problem solving skills and a willingness to delve deeply into complex issues -Ability to focus and prioritize in a high stress environment -Very strong communication skills (written and verbal) -Ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments -Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn -Presents a positive attitude -Ability to develop strong working relationships with customers and co-workers Fortive Corporation Overview: Fortive is a diversified industrial growth company comprised of global businesses that are recognized leaders in attractive markets.
