• Assist in federal and state compliance, including spreadsheet preparation. * Assist with tax accounting, including tax provisions and deferred tax analyses * Assist in the preparation of the Companys federal and selected state estimated income tax payments. * Learn to gather and prepare state allocation and apportionment schedules. * Assist Federal Audit Manager in gathering information for responding to various IRS audit requests. * Assist Director, State and Local Tax in gathering information to respond to various state audit requests and special projects.
