Echologics is currently searching for a System Tester - Quality Assurance for our Toronto Office.

The System Tester - Quality Assurance is highly motivated, proactive, detail oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. The successful candidate possesses a professional demeanor and ability to work very closely with all cross functional and remote organizations ensuring that the entire Quality Assurance and System Test phase is well orchestrated.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with Scrum team to support release planning, estimation, and delivery processes using Agile methodologies.
Create detailed test cases, execute manual and automated function, integration, and regression test suites and maintain accurate status.
Responsible for defect tracking, communication, and resolution.
Drive and help to establish best practices and testing processes to ensure successful new product developments as measured by timeliness and quality.
Develop, deploy, and maintain test automation scripts for the purpose of regression testing.
Testing all aspects of system including acoustic leak detection algorithms, data networking and communications and user interface.
Ability to help, develop, set up, and manage test environments encompassing water distribution infrastructure.
May provide customer support when required and ensure timely, accurate, and complete resolution of customer reported items or questions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ability to work closely with hardware, software, firmware, and technical experts to assist in research, test, and development of all Echologics products.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
· Demonstrate a strong understanding of software development life cycle and Quality Assurance methodologies.
