Role Summary: The Power Junior Officer Leadership Program (JOLP) will be a core source of leadership talent for GE. In this program, you will draw on leadership skills, education, and previous experiences as a top-performing, junior military officer (JMO) to solve complex business problems, develop and execute objectives for self and for others. Essential Responsibilities: You will be in an industry leading, development program for Junior Officers transitioning from military service. JOLP will be a 2 year program that will provide you with broad experience and exposure to the various core processes, teams and businesses that make up GE Power. The program will focus on developing leaders for all businesses and functions within GE Power.These challenging rotational opportunities will provide valuable contacts and experiences that can accelerate the development of your technical, business and professional skills.
