EOE/Minorities/Females/Vets/Disabilities OVERVIEW The HR Representative for Global Supply Chain at General Mills is responsible for leading the deployment of key global HR processes and programs focused on talent, organization, and employee engagement. This role serves as a trusted advisor to our HR team providing expertise in our core HR processes and championing the simplification, standardization, and globalization of our HR processes and programs. RESPONSIBILITIES Annual Process Management (40%): * Lead communication, project coordination and calibration support for talent reviews/people and org and annual performance and rewards, partnering with HR Business Partners, HR Operations and COE teams * Support the Talent Manager in deployment and analysis of the Global Engagement Survey for salaried and production. Business Partner and Project Responsibilities (40%): * Partner closely with Talent Manager on strategic diversity and inclusion, talent retention, and development planning initiatives * Own and drive the quarterly Engineering promotion process * Partner with Regional HRBPs to coordinate communications of talent movement across regions * Partner with Global Assignments management to initiate and manage the global assignment process for all Supply Chain talent around the world. * Lead the job evaluation process for Global Supply Chain functions and North America Supply Chain for Manager band and below roles (large-scale re-organizations will continue to be led by the HRBP) Data Insights (20%): * Partner with analytics team to leverage data dashboards and reports to enable insights and identify trends (turnover, exit interview trends, promotions, diversity, etc.), as well as support workforce planning efforts * Partner with HRBPs and COEs to continue to advance our headcount governance process in Supply Chain QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelors Degree in ANY major; Bachelor in Human Resources Management or Business preferred * At least 3 years of experience * HR Mastery build depth and breadth in HR processes at a global level * Project management skills * Ability to communicate effectively across distance and difference * Exposure to and ownership of business partner work (promotion, job evaluations, global assignments) cb1
