    PDT & Timing Metric Analyst - ENG0038510 Warren (Tech Ctr), Michigan, US Posted 2018-05-30T17:53:47Z PDT & Timing Metric Analyst This role is a member of the PDT (Product Development Team). The role will provide timing status updates, key metric updates (WOs, PRTSs, ICDs, etc.) during regularly scheduled PDTs. * Develop & Maintain Component Timing Plans * Continuously and consistently providing updates to the DREs, regarding program timing changes, deliverable modifications, etc. both during PDT meetings and outside of the meetings. * Ensure proper DREs tied to GPDS PNs and Component Plans * Maintain accurate stakeholder names on each component plan. * Pull various status reports for metric deliverables: Timing Reports, WOs, ICDs, Peer Reviews, PRTS, etc. * Assist DREs with various work flow throughput (contacting stakeholders to complete activities) * WO Attachments to ensure smooth WO processing flow * Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the DRE and all other PDT members. Required * Knowledge and understanding of the GVDP, specific program timing, and engineering component development process * Familiarity with administrative and engineering systems and tools (E2, GSTS reports, SharePoint, PRTS, etc.) used by the PDT * Competent with conflict management and problem solving. * Ability to communicate, motivate and inspire non-direct reports. * Ability and willingness to escalation when deliverables are at risk. * Interpersonal skills required to develop and grow relationships and partnerships. * Ability to hold employees accountable for deliverables. * Demonstrates managerial courage and displays initiative to take action in support of positive change. * Demonstrates honesty, integrity and trust. * Must be able to work on-site, with limited flexibility for working remotely, in order to provide face to face support. Experience * 3+ years of experience in Product Development Education/Training * Bachelors Degree Engineering, Business or equivalent work experience required. * Preferred: DFSS Black Belt Certified.
