    Genpact is searching for dynamic, open-minded, mature individuals for a Content Moderation position in our Richardson office, offering long term stability in this permanent placement role. This position is for a 24/7 environment reviewing documents and videos under the guidelines of our technology client to determine if the content is approved for release. *Please note that due to the nature of this client’s business, a confidentiality/non-disclosure notice will need to be signed prior to interviewing for this role.  Benefits: Full Medical, Dental and Vision. Ideal candidates would have the following attributes: Strong Reasoning and Analytical Capabilities High affinity and cultural awareness of political/social situation regarding the relevant market/region that will be supported. Preferred specific awareness of the current American political climate and how current political trends can impact neighboring countries. Aware of the cultural/regional differences for nuanced policy decisions to be applied Knowledge/Skills/Attributes: Assist the client’s platform with content moderation and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time Become and remain knowledgeable about client’s products and community standards Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy Display a strong bias to doing what’s right for the client platform in supporting the client’s mission Investigate and resolve issues that are reported on clients site such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy Use market specific knowledge, signals and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site Enforce Client’s Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site Review the reported and non-reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team Preferred basic understanding for the digital marketing ( Digital Ad space ) in the current scheme of things for Advertisement in the Ad space
