Key Areas of Responsibility Analyze business processes, propose procedures and processes to users, and oversee implementation of new processes and related documentation; Define business requirements for system changes in close cooperation with the software development team to develop system changes, test changes and manage implementation of new functionality with IT resources and users; Support users in providing business information through Qlikview reporting, specifically JD Edwards (Sales and Financials); Create documentation of new processes or procedures, testing documentation, specifications or proposals, and training materials, all in a Continuous improvement / system development life cycle context; Support compliance efforts for Sarbanes Oxley requirements; Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments across multiple facilities; Acts as first line support for issue resolution; Provide rotating on-call support and other user support to meet business needs. Occasional domestic and international travel (less than 5%). Profile & Core Competencies Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or foreign equivalent. 2 yrs. exp. in the job offered or in IT analysis for retail. Must have at least 2 years experience using JD Edwards and Qlikview.
