    Latham & Watkins, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world, is currently seeking a Content Procurement Manager to join our Global Research & Library team located in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and compliance of electronic and print vendor contracts, evaluations of new and existing content, and the oversight of centralized print operations.  The role is particularly suited to an individual with a deep  understanding of research services within a legal or other professional services firm, with significant experience procuring services and managing contracts on behalf of their organization.     • Have significant experience and aptitude managing research & database contracts, including negotiations of electronic and print acquisitions and renewals, reviewing contract terms and conditions and pricing language, and managing external vendors to define service expectations.

    The Content Procurement Manager will receive a generous total compensation package. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance.
