  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to support our HR Department. You will facilitate daily HR functions such as payroll processing and recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work with our agencies and supervisors/managers to ensure operations are staffed and payroll is processed correctly.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
    • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing job offers etc.
    • Assist payroll with processing time off, wage garnishments, terminations etc.
    • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
    • Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
    • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
    • Assist with HR activities such employee surveys and promoting the employee experience
    • Support other functions as needed

     

     

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    SKILLS

    • 3 years HR experience or relevant background
    • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
    • Experience using Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS Access in particular)
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Must be able to prioritize and work as a team
    • Education in Human Resource Management is a plus
    • 2 or 4 year degree in Business Related Field
