POSITION OVERVIEW

职位概况

1. QC技术员负责本部门的安全以及准确的而有效率的测试工作,必须确保原材料,包装材料和成品符合HB Fuller公司质量标准。The QC shall be responsible for the security of this department and exact and effective test work, and shall ensure the raw materials, packing materials and finished products are in accordance with the quality standard of HB Fuller company.
2. 在工作过程中的任何地点、时间都应遵守HBFuller公司和国家规定的安全政策和程序。To abide by the security policy and procedure stipulated by the HB Fuller company and the State at any place and any time during the work.
3. 能独立完成新职工的培训。Independently completing the training of new employees.
4. 独立完成成品性能测试。Independently fulfilling performance test of finish ed products.
5. 积极参与主管组织的的培训计划,对工艺和产品，质量的改进提出意见。Actively participating into the training plan organized by the director, and bringing forward opinion to the improvement of process, product and quality
6. 内审员工作，对质量体系进行内审，提出改进建议。Taking charge of works of internal assessor and internally assessing quality system and bringing forward improvement suggestion.
7. 及时发现产品的品质趋势并提出相应改进建议。Discovering the quality trend of the product in time and bringing forward the improvement suggestion.
8. 发生生产异常和投诉时，和生产部参与调查异常，并完成原因分析及改进行动的建议。Taking part into the abnormity investigation with the Production Department when the abnormity and complaints occurred, and completing reason analysis and the suggestion of improvement activity.
9. 该职位向工厂QC主管汇报。This position is reporting to Facility QC Supervisor.

PRIMARY DUTIES

主要职责

1. 检查必检原材料和包装材料, 收取原材料COA给技术员，确保来料合格。To check raw materials and packing materials, and collect raw material COA to technician so that to ensure the qualification of the incoming materials.
2. 在线成品测试,确保入库成品合格。To test on-line finished products so that to ensure the qualification of entry finished products.
3. 输入QC测试数据进QC数据库。To input QC test data into the QC database.
4. 做普通COA,确认出货检验报告符合要求。To take ordinary COA and ensure the delivery test report in accordance with the requirement.
5. 贴质量标签,明确原材料/成品的质量状态。To label quality tag and specify quality status of raw material and finished products.
6. 留样管理,确保成品和原材料的追溯性。To leave samples for management so that to ensure the traceability of finished product and raw material.
7. 执行在线巡检,确保成品出料过程合格。To execute on-line inspection so that to ensure the qualification of finished product when launching.
8. 完成工艺卡整理,确保质量记录完整。To arrange process card so that to ensure the integrity of quality record.
9. 完成季度内部校验测试仪器。To complete the test to the internal instrument quarterly.
10. 完成其他测试，退货检查，客户投诉测试，研发技术要求的测试。To complete other test, goods return inspection, complaints test and test of R&D technical requirement.
11. 发现任何异常，填写异常报告，配合生产查找异常的原因。To fill out abnormal report when abnormal condition occurred and coordinate to search the abnormal reasons.
12. 注意安全，确保工作区域始终保持干净，整洁和安全，完成相应的5S工作。To pay attention to the security and ensure the neatness, tidiness and safety of the working area and complete corresponding 5S works.
13. 正确操作设备，发现任何缺陷或违规行为，都必须停止使用并报告。To operate the equipment correctly, if any fault or default is found, such equipment shall be prohibited to use and shall make report.
14. 完成主管分配的其他任务。To complete other tasks distributed by the director.
15. 能独立完成新职工的培训。 Independently completing training of new employees.
16. 独立完成成品性能测试。Independently completing performance test of finished products.
17. 内审员工作，对质量体系进行内审,提出改进建议。Taking charge of works of internal assessor and internally assessing quality system and bringing forward improvement suggestion.

20. 积极推动团队工作, 具备一定的协调领导能力。The active promotion of the team work and the possession of definite coordination and leading capability.
21. 对投诉能进行原因分析及相应纠正预防措施。Analyzing the complaints and adopting corresponding corrective precaution measures.

Minimum Requirements

职位要求

1. 大专/中专(化学/化工等相关专业)毕业,能懂基本的英语,会基本的电脑。Junior college/technical secondary school (majoring in quality or chemical industry), mastering basic English and computer knowledge.
2. 必须有良好的团队工作能力。Possessing sound teamwork capability.
3. 至少3年的相关工作经验(QC工作经验)。At least three-year relevant working experiences (QC experience).
4. 在制造业，尤其是化工/粘合剂行业优先。Manufacturing industry experience, especially in chemical industry or bond industry is preferred.

1. Have good verbal or written communication skills.. 良好的口头和书面表达能力。
2. Good collaboration and communication skills. 良好的团队合作及沟通技巧。
3. Leading skill. 具有一定的领导能力.

Physical Demands 身体条件

1. 身体健康，无听力障碍,无色盲,无嗅觉不灵敏等问题.With good health, without hearing obstacle, no color blindness and without insensitive in smell .
2. 能吃苦,能上夜班，胜任倒班工作,并根据实际情况进行相应的加班.Be able to endure hardship, work on night shift and can take shift work, and work overtime according to the actual condition.
3. 能够完成搬动25KG胶水的抽样工作.Be able to complete sampling work of moving 25KG glue.
