Rogers Behavioral Health, the area's leader in behavioral health services, is looking for a 1.0 Community Outreach Representative to join our WALNUT CREEK location on DAY shifts.
The Outreach Representative II creates and implements a referral development strategy that maximizes referrals, supports Rogers’ brand as a provider of quality services, and initiates and maintains professional relationships within a designated market to ensure the success of Rogers Behavioral Health. This position supports census goals for Rogers’ outpatient, inpatient, and residential services. The position includes counsel to and coordination with clinical and administrative leadership and clinical teams; relationship building with referring providers; and connecting with patients, family members and the public to share information or resources. Responsibilities include understanding and communicating market competitive trends and service needs; sharing family and referent feedback; strategic planning; and implementation of referral development.

NOTE: this role requires extensive travel with approximately 70% of time outside of the office attending appointments with targeted referral sources and/or attending conferences and networking meetings and events. Outreach representatives must have the ability to include overnight and weekend travel throughout the year as necessary. Percentage of overnight travel varies by market.
