  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to join our team. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for all production activities on the production lines. They are also responsible for coaching, scheduling, and, monitoring processes, to continuously improve.

    • Recognize and solve problems affecting production.
    • Supervise daily production scheduling.
    • Directly supervises 50+ employees in the Finishing Department.
    • Prioritize production schedules based on client expectations, equipment efficiency, and individual abilities.
    • Improve efficiency through continuous improvement.
    • Manage maintenance schedules for production and plant equipment.
    • Recognize and solve problems affecting production.
    • Conduct employee evaluations, write-ups, disciplinary action and positive feedback.
    • Hands-on equipment set up and maintenance.
    • Manage raw material inventory levels.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 1.5 years + of supervisory/management in a manufacturing operation preferable.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and SAP.
