Halfaker has an opening for a DEVOPS ENGINEER to join our talented, dynamic team. The key responsibilities for this position include:​

• ​Provides testing and DevSecOps support on software development projects or programs
• Build and test automation tools
• Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve
• Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards
• Improve infrastructure development and application development
• Support integration, test, and delivery of product internally and through to the customer installation

Required Skills

A minimum of one of the following testing certifications, or demonstrated comparable experience:

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)
• American Software Testing Qualifications Board (ASTQB) Certification (Foundation, Intermediate, Advanced, Agile Testing, Expert)
• Test Maturity Model Integration (TMMI) Professional Certification
• Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP)

Required Experience

• 4 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Background as a Test and/or DevOps Engineer
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of modern software development and DevOps tools
• Demonstrated success using or implementing test automation tools and practices
• Demonstrated experience performing variety of testing practices, e.g., performance, 508 compliance, security, functional
