Job Description PURPOSE The primary purpose of this job is to provide a full range of productivity services to Operations and support cost reduction programs for the facility through lean events, measuring facility systems and delivering continuous improvement training programs. This position will also support the best business practices in yield and efficiency improvements. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES The following are required of the Continuous Improvement Coordinator position * Input and coordinate productivity deck * Coordinate Playbook improvement efforts at facility and analyze gaps for recommendations to leadership * Assist and/or lead QRMP standards as outlined in plant accountability list to achieve target RCR

• Participate in QRMP yearly audits and assist in development of procedures and corrective actions * Analyze yield/ downtime data and work with finance to investigate opportunities * Develop and maintain performance (KPI) visuals (OSCAR Boards) and tracking systems * Coordinate 5S initiatives plant wide * Maintain HOTS database and OEE related information for packaging and processing and provide reporting summaries * Facilitate daily plant meetings and help summarize information from all departments * Responsible for training of personnel for all data input (manual and automated) in the plant * Power User of the Hots/ OEE system for the plant * Other duties as assigned. * Additional responsibilities of this position include assisting in the creation of a culture of safety and health by performing work safely in accordance with all company safety procedures. Operates equipment safely and reports any unsafe work conditions or practice to supervisor. Occupational safety and health performance is measured in this position KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES- * High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering preferred * 1-year experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred * Excellent Analytical and Reasoning Skills, Math Skills, Organizational and Time management Skills and ability to Multi Task * Must be computer literate, organized and capable of learning/demonstrating correct use of all Jacksonville computer systems. (E.g.
