POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Member Business Practices & Compliance Associate I will be responsible for enforcing the ethical rules and regulations and ensuring Member compliance to the marketing plan as listed in internal publications. This role will correct and prevent violations of the Herbalife Marketing Plan and Member Rules of Conduct. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: - Provide guidance to Members so they can advertise and promote their businesses in a manner that is ethical and fair. - Research and prepare elevated transfer of Membership and sponsor change requests. - Interpret/clarify rules and regulations for Members as stated in the Herbalife Career Manual, How to do Business, Member Application and other published sources. - Prepare correspondence/letters for Member according to his/her specific case file type such as EDDs, Non-Spouse transfer, and general Nutrition Club complaints. - Prepare professional, objective and complete case studies for resolution by management. - Effectively utilize applicable databases, the internet and internal and external sources to perform various systems and other research. - Detail and provide sound resolutions for various infractions of the rules of conduct. - Interact and communicate professionally with various departments, Members and customers. - Provide sufficient back up to staff to ensure a consistent and timely workflow. - Manage various clerical duties and other tasks, as requested. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Skills: - Strong clerical skills and the ability to type 40+ words per minute - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette - Ability to solve practical problems and organize workload for effective implementation under general supervision - Strong customer and results orientation - Ability to function successfully under varied time-lines - Excellent follow-through skills - Ability to accurately, clearly and completely relate details - Team player able to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity - Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves - Strong fact finding skills Experience: - 1 year experience in a customer service-related field preferred.
