POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, the Executive Director of Admissions is responsible for transforming and evolving the Admissions Support Center (ASC) companywide to be a service driven, measurably effective department that manages patient access seamlessly and integrates with all RBH programs.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement proven, and efficient admissions functions across the organization.
Assess, train, track, and mentor managers/supervisors so they in turn can lead admissions support staff.
Leverage advanced technology to enable the company to use multiplatform, HIPAA compliant communication venues (phone, email, text, and other messaging technology.)
Ensures that phones and multiplatform systems are meeting established KPIs.
Utilize data from technology platforms to evaluate trends and improve admissions processes and operational efficiency to proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives for quicker access to treatment, with:
Collaborate with leadership to implement plans for the infrastructure of systems, processes, and people for the growth objectives of the organization.
Work with RBH Corporate leadership including clinical, medical, regulatory, UM, compliance and quality to design and implement cutting edge and exemplary customer services systems, policies, and procedures.
Unite the ASC and Outreach functions to help deliver consistent business growth.
