INTRODUCTION TO ROLE As a Product Management Intern, you will report into the head of Product Management and be responsible for a diverse set of projects including product roadmaps, use-case analysis, user-experience journey and storyboards, and defining product requirements. You will liaise cross-functionally to ideate and deliver targeted customer experiences. Candidates should be comfortable working in an unstructured, fast-moving environment with minimal direction and high expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Help our product teams gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, formulate product narratives and user stories, identify product gaps * Understand the competitive landscape as it is today and how it will likely evolve * Refine product roadmaps * Create communication decks for senior management on a regular basis SKILLS * Minimum of four years of college, 3+ years of post-undergrad work experience and a current MBA student from a top-tier B-school * Engineering or Business-focused undergraduate degree * Leadership experience at university and/or participation in extracurricular activities in student organizations and and/or community service * Interest in Product Development * Market-research techniques * Self-Starter who enjoys being involved in all aspects of the business cycle * Ability to perform in high-visibility situations * Knowledge of software development cycles * Skilled presenter to internal & external audiences * Effective, insightful, detail-oriented writer * Excellent oral and written English communication skills * PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Social Media, Google Analytics
