D365 SOLUTION ARCHITECT Salt Lake City, UT   SUMMARY:

• Hexcel is currently seeking a D365 Solution Architect for our Salt Lake City, UT, USA location. Hexcel’s D365 Solution Architect will join a team of enterprise Leaders and digital pioneers using D365 FO to create solutions and processes that will enhance our business capabilities and support our growth for the next 10 years. The first step on this journey is a migration from Dynamics AX2012 to D365 FO. Hexcel’s single instance spans more than 20 manufacturing Sites in Europe, the US and China. We’ll be standardizing, optimizing, and transforming existing processes to propel business processes to the leading edge for our industry.

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
• A strong understanding of D365 FO modules, processes, and capabilities. The Architect is a leader, guiding our design and capability adoption
• Ability to engage with executive and senior leaders, creating an operating that delivers our strategic vision and operating platform that defines the people, processes, tools, and technology
• A strong understanding of D365 FO with informed leadership guiding end-to-end solution designs
• Experience partnering with the D365 CRM teams ensuring well-integrated solutions
• Implementation experience working with Microsoft and delivery partners on both short- and long-term engagements driving the uptake of D365 and adoption of the processes it supports.
• A drive for effective working frameworks that inform and drive appropriate validation testing, functional training, and post-go-live support of solutions.
• Coordinate team member activities (internal and external) to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Experienced with the Microsoft Success by Design or other similar agile preparation and deployment frameworks
• Facilitates and accelerates the decision process considering the company's business strategy, drivers and requirements, pain points, and challenges with the industry trends

  QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree: may be in Computer Science or other disciplines where digital acumen may emerge
• Experience and good working knowledge of the tiers of the enterprise architecture: business, application, middleware, data structures and cloud.
• Proven experiences as a software architect (three+ years).
• Experience in large-scale software deployments; multi-national is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
