Our Human Resources intern will assist in development and engagement of leveraging corporate initiatives into the greater Truck Trailer Americas (TTA) business. It will be a partnership with our human resources solution center and centers of excellence to build local practices that align with Carrier guidelines on onboarding, networking, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement and early career program coordination. This role will allow for exposure in both management and relationships with salary and hourly populations.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• COVID-19 vaccines will be required for all newly hired Carrier U.S. Salaried employees
• Passion for collaboration and providing opportunities
• Creative problem solver
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong organizational, time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task
• Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Self-directed, proactive, and flexible

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS The successful candidate will be enrolled full-time in a major university or college and studying Human Resources or Management
