    INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION

    Our Human Resource Internships are best in class, with students operating as either a generalist or a specialist to enact real change in the organization. You will have the opportunity to partner with business leaders on strategic projects, receiving consistent mentoring, and feedback from your manager. To give you a glimpse of the HR function we assign meaningful project work, such as developing plant cost-saving initiatives, with day-to-day HR responsibilities to develop your HR capabilities.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to resolve conflict

    • Strong communication skills – oral and written
    • Financial acumen with demonstrated intellectual and analytical capabilities
    • Relocation flexibility for summer plant assignments
    • Results-oriented and ability to make decisions
    • Adaptability and the ability to continually grow and develop
    • Consideration given to high performing, mature Bachelor’s students, preference given to Master’s program graduates.
    • Pursuing a degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, or Business Administration or related field
    • An overall GPA of 3.2 or greater
