Human Resources Internship (Summer 2026), Bachelors or Masters
Job Description
Launch Your HR Career at WD
Ready to make an impact with a company that’s building the future of data? At WD, our people are the heart of our innovation—and our Human Resources team plays a key role in helping every employee thrive. As a Summer 2026 HR Intern, you’ll join a cohort of passionate students, partner with experienced HR professionals, and take on work that truly matters. This is your chance to grow, challenge yourself, and experience what a meaningful career in HR looks like inside a global tech company.
What You’ll Experience
You’ll own a real project within one of WD’s specialized HR teams—such as Talent Acquisition, People Intelligence & Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, and more. We’ll match you to a team based on your strengths, interests, and business needs.
Throughout the summer, you’ll participate in a structured learning curriculum designed to build core early‑career and HR‑related skills. You’ll get hands-on experience with modern HR tools and analytics, collaborate with teams across the HR function, learn directly from HR leaders, and wrap up the program by presenting your capstone project to WD leadership. You’ll leave with real-world experience, new connections, and clarity about where your HR career could go.
Who You Are
You’re curious, collaborative, and excited to dive into the people side of business. You enjoy solving problems, asking great questions, and working with data to understand what’s really going on. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and jump into new challenges with enthusiasm. You take initiative, manage your time well, and love learning in environments where you can grow quickly. Experience with HR systems is a bonus—not a requirement.
This position is part of our Early Career program at WD. Our Early Career program is designed to support individuals beginning their professional career by providing the foundational training through a structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum.
