HYG is looking for an energetic individual who will have a positive influence on the NOVO Training team. As aNOVO Training & Communications Officeryou willensure that the level of skills and knowledge of dealer employees involved in the Sales and support areas of both Hyster and Yale are regularly assessed and that training plans exist and are executed to the defined level. This role is to also support the Change Management activity and communications surrounding NOVO. TheNOVO Training & Communications OfficerWill Provide the Following Key Accountabilities: -The trainer ensures adequate level of training of all involved with the execution of the training plans. -He/she conducts NOVO training for Dealer and internal HYG employees as required. -The effectiveness and quality of the training is to be monitored on ongoing base. -The trainer is to develop and manage meaningful, effective and user-friendly NOVO training support materials. -Research all available sources for information and to provide professional support to the production process. -NOVO Training materials must be properly implemented and its effectiveness measured. -The trainer is to support the development of Training Needs assessment, examination and certification tools -The NOVO Trainer is to provide active support to NOVO meetings/events, users and user support vendors/groups. Includes the development of materials, presentations and staging practical sessions if required -The NOVO Trainer supports the Quality and Health & Safety initiatives/objectives (e.g ISO) -The NOVO Trainer will create and distribute communications to Dealers and internal users for all global markets. The SuccessfulNOVO Training & Communications OfficerWill Meet the Following Minimum Qualifications: -High School diploma or GED required.
