ICF International is recruiting for a Junior Technical Business Analyst to help provide on-site client support in Arlington, VA.nbsp; We support the course management, evaluation, Web site, and other related systems for a training-focused federal client in Arlington, VA. Support includes project management, operations, data analytics and reporting, and facilitating improvements to the systems. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Key Responsibilities: * Develop and run required system reports, analyze and compile data, and report progress and performance of systems and tracked business activities. * Assist Team Lead with documentation, tracking, and monitoring change requests and develop change requests and cost/benefit analyses as-appropriate for recommended system improvements. * Test system changes, integrations, and new applications. * Maintain documentation of updates or improvements for system and business process documentation and standard operating procedures and related user guides. * Support team in development and maintenance of an annual plan, including security requirements, suggested short and long-term improvements, usability studies, and data analyses. * Assist in maintenance of the SharePoint site for project tracking and organization * Design and develop announcements, summaries, presentations, and briefings to document and promote system activities, changes, and procedures. * Provide support in research for security requirements and data calls related to Certification and Accreditation (Camp;A) and Plan of Action and Milestones (POAamp;Ms). * Provide support in research and assistance for acquisition requirements and data calls related to Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC). * Ability to effectively communicate with client regarding issues and work on multiple projects concurrently, balancing needs and/or priority setting for projects. * Support data form scanning, processing, and data entry tasks as-needed. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree * 1+ years of professional experience in data gathering and analytics, usability testing and/or quality assurance and control processes, federal IT systems and technology, and customer support * Experience using Microsoft Excel pivot tables and other functions to compare data sets and develop accurate reports * Experience with Web conferencing software, such as Adobe Connect * Experience with collaboration software, such as Microsoft SharePoint Preferred Skills and/or Experience: * Experience with business intelligence software, such as a Tableau ICF offers an excellent benefits package, an award winning talent development program, and fosters a highly skilled, energized and empowered workforce. nbsp; ICF is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
