This person leads inbound marketing programs by attracting customers through the consumer journey from nurture, to lead generation, to sale. With a data-driven mindset, this person will examine the attributes of the lead, and sale, ensuring repeatability. This team member will interact with a matrixed, geographically dispersed team of commercial personnel. You understand the power of digital marketing to bring the right message, to the right user, in the right location using predictive data and targeting.nbsp; We want to nurture and lead prospects through our digital destination and convert in the ecommerce channel. nbsp; All About You nbsp; Responsibilities: * Develop and support strategies for inbound marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, blog, on domain display, web, eCRM, and commerce) to generate high quality leads.nbsp; * Design and implement a multi-channel account-based marketing strategy, leveraging existing marketing automation and ecommerce platforms. * Implement and track activities, adjusting as needed to maximize effectiveness and routinely reporting back on that effectiveness to Sales and Marketing management. * Work collaboratively with product marketing and other cross-functional roles, providing input for off-domain and outbound marketing strategy/mix. * Collaborate with analytics team on findings. * Provide inputs on priorities and identify roadblocks, being solutions-minded.nbsp; * Track and benchmark on-domain and inbound marketing spend and forecast globally, looking for optimization, growth, scalability, global insights, or retirement opportunities. nbsp; Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, marketing automation, ecommerce, and/or product marketing in life sciences or high-tech industry. * Proven track record and experience in developing on-domain and inbound marketing campaigns. * Relevant prior ecommerce and eCRM experience. * Pardot and SalesForce platform knowledge. nbsp; Education: * Bachelors degree in the marketing or business/communications.
