Experience: Student (College) Job purpose Assist the Finance and Accounting functions in various tasks starting summer of 2019. Key duties and responsibilities * Import corporate credit card transactions and reconcile credit card statements * Process employee expense report transactions * Calculate sales and use tax payments * Monitor and reconcile accounts payable * Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year end close * Other projects and duties as assigned Qualifications * Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting * Completion of financial and managerial accounting courses * Proficient at Excel (QuickBooks knowledge/experience a plus) * Extremely organized with high attention to detail * Effective written and oral communication skills * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills * Effective at prioritizing tasks * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Credits This is a paid internship; which also may be used for course credit. * *
