    Job Description

    Who will you be working with?

    You will work with a broad range of talented individuals to deliver quality products in a timely manner. You’ll work alongside Maintenance Technicians and partner with professionals across multiple departments.

    How will you make a difference?

    As a member of the Maintenance team, you will support the upkeep and safe operation of essential production and facility equipment. You will work directly alongside experienced maintenance technicians to perform routine tasks, assist with troubleshooting, and learn the fundamentals of mechanical and electrical systems.

    What do we want to know about you?

    • Do you have a high school diploma or equivalent? If not, are you currently enrolled?
    • Do you have general mechanical aptitude and interest in learning maintenance related trades?
    • Are you able to receive and follow written and verbal instructions?
    • Can you demonstrate basic understanding of tools, electrical safety, and mechanical principles?
    • Can you read and interpret basic diagrams, work instructions, and safety procedures?
    • Can you demonstrate safe work habits and willingness to follow lockout/tagout procedures under supervision?

    What will your typical day look like?

    • Assists in performing preventative and routine maintenance on production machinery, electrical systems, pneumatic systems, and facility equipment.
    • Supports maintenance technicians in troubleshooting equipment failures, diagnosing malfunctions, and completing repairs under supervision.
    • Learns and applies proper use of multimeters, hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
    • Performs basic mechanical tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, part replacement, line adjustments, and minor repair work.
    • Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, part usage, and equipment performance as directed.
    • Follows all company safety procedures and guidelines; keeps work areas clean, organized, and in compliance with 5S standards.
    • Proactively seeks instruction and assistance to develop skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems

    What about the physical demands of the job?

    • Frequent standing, walking, handling, reaching outward, reaching up/over shoulder, squatting/kneeling, bending, lifting up to 50lbs. Frequent exposure to dust or vapors within OSHA limits, heat/humidity, and loud noises
    • Occasional sitting, climbing, and lifting 50lbs or more. Occasional exposure to cold

    You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.

    The starting hourly rate of this position is $18.00

    The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The salary rate for this role is currently $18 The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
