    Warehouse Associate in Clearwater FL

    1st Shift: Monday - Friday 830a - 5p, OT and Weekends as needed

    Pay Start at $16+/hr. Depending on Experience

    Overview

    We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team at our facility located in Clearwater, FL, 33765. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and manufacturing processes. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a manufacturing environment who is detail-oriented and possesses strong organizational skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Review, coordinate entry, pull and pack tradeshow orders, respecting deadlines. Keep records of it.
    • Receive, inspect, repair and return all parts, units and booths to their appropriate site. Report any defective or damaged items.
    • Order all needed supply to maintain adequate tradeshow inventory levels, and good functioning of equipment.
    • Build, convert units or system requests, including demonstration clear cases for specific industry tradeshows.
    • Work closely with the Sales and the Marketing group to prepare for Tradeshows and debrief after the events
    • Implement changes as discussed with the team.
    • Communicate with the trucking companies to ensure smooth logistics.
    • Occasionally travel to tradeshow site to assist with set-up and tear-down, and manning the booth as needed.
    • Be available outside of standard work hours for professional calls, or last minute/ rush tradeshow orders.
    • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
    • Assist with all shipping duties: Accurately pull parts/ units/ accessories using the WMS. Pack items in the most efficient way taking weight, dims, packing material into account. Verify order accuracy on air and international orders. Ship parcels using shipping software. Build and ship LTL shipments, fill out or process BOL’s.
    • Assist with BOM’s, conversions and kit building, running BOM’s or adjustments through GP and Fascor. Move inventory to proper location.
    • Assist with inventory control and organization: movement, locations, cycle counts, reporting of quality issues, packaging, and labeling.
    • Assist with receiving/ unloading of containers.
    • Load/ unload pallets from pallet racks and trucks manually, using forklift and pallet jack.
    • Run errands as needed per management request.

    Qualifications

    • Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting
    • High School diploma or GED equivalent
    • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

    Position Requirements

    • Position requires standing, walking, bending, pulling, pushing and lifting over extended periods of time.
    • intermediate computer skill level
    • Flexibility, time management skills, reliability, attention to details, multi-tasking
    • Be a team player and good communication skill

    You should be proficient in:

    • Microsoft Excel
    • High School / GED
    • Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

    Salary info:
