As an Inside Sales Representative Intern you will support customer engagement and loyalty initiatives across CertainTeed businesses. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in customer relationship management and sales support. You will assist with customer interactions through phone calls, emails, web forms, and live chats, helping ensure a positive experience.
You will learn how to collect customer feedback, contribute to promotional efforts, and collaborate with sales and customer experience teams to understand best practices and gain insight into how successful customer relationships are built. This internship offers exposure to real-world business practices and collaboration across Saint-Gobain and CertainTeed.
This is a full-time role with flexible options for remote or hybrid work. If you are within commuting distance of our Malvern, PA office, you will be designated as hybrid status, working 3 days in the office and 2 remote.
