SUMMARY:
- With the System Executive Clinical Director, they will ensure that the policies, procedures and practices align with the state’s substance use regulations.
- Review and maintain updated copies of the state’s substance use regulations.
- Revise policies, procedures, and standard work to match the state’s substance use regulations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to bridge any gaps.
- Prepare applications for state MHAR licenses for submission.
- Independently communicate with stakeholders about any needs for licensure submission.
- Independently complete any research necessary on questions regarding the licensure application.
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience working in MHAR facilities.
- Previous experience reading state regulations and writing policies.
- Excellent communication skills, customer focus, proficiency, leadership ability, and professional integrity.
- Self-starter attitude; comfortable with working independently.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment while adhering to deadlines.

- Previous experience working in MHAR facilities.
- Previous experience reading state regulations and writing policies.

- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.
