  • Responsibilities

    SUMMARY:

    • With the System Executive Clinical Director, they will ensure that the policies, procedures and practices align with the state’s substance use regulations.
    • Review and maintain updated copies of the state’s substance use regulations.
    • Revise policies, procedures, and standard work to match the state’s substance use regulations.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to bridge any gaps.
    • Prepare applications for state MHAR licenses for submission.
    • Independently communicate with stakeholders about any needs for licensure submission.
    • Independently complete any research necessary on questions regarding the licensure application.

     

    EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

    • Previous experience working in MHAR facilities.
    • Previous experience reading state regulations and writing policies.
    • Excellent communication skills, customer focus, proficiency, leadership ability, and professional integrity.
    • Self-starter attitude; comfortable with working independently.
    • Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment while adhering to deadlines.

     

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Previous experience working in MHAR facilities.
    • Previous experience reading state regulations and writing policies.
    • Excellent communication skills, customer focus, proficiency, leadership ability, and professional integrity.
    • Self-starter attitude; comfortable with working independently.
    • Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment while adhering to deadlines.
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.
