  • Responsibilities

    The open position is for 2nd shift - 3pm until 11pm 

     

    Responsible for and resolves all safety issues within their assigned areas.

    Establish or adjust work procedures to maximize production.

    Complete all paperwork necessary for shift employees and production.

    Check production schedule for product changes.

    Ensure enough product is on hand to complete shift.

    Any other duties assigned by supervision.

    Interpret company polices to employees, enforces all safety regulations.

    Responsible for new Employee instructions.

    Assign jobs and scheduled employees.

    Resolve issues with employees.

    Required Skills

    Read and write English; Understand spreadsheets.

    Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication.

    High school education or GED equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Supervisory

    Experience.

    Exposure to manufacturing environment and loud noise; Hearing protection

    required at times.

    Equal amounts of time spent sitting, standing, bending, and lifting/moving.

    Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out Procedures.
