The Customer Business Analyst CBA role partners closely with a variety of stakeholders including Customers, Field Sales, Finance, Management and Planning to name a few. The CBA manages the sales process and back-office, acts as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales and the Factory to optimize revenue and achieve mutual objectives. The CBA is responsible for order management to ensure customer commitments are executed. This role forecasts demand, gathers and analyzes information to determine product allocation, quotas and inventory. By managing the customer's demands and the company's supply, you maximize revenue through supply commitments, channel inventory management, pricing strategies and marketing program support. All employees can be involved in process improvement based on organizational needs. Minimum Qualifications: - Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree or MS degree.
