You will be performing various administrative and back office activities important for the process which include tasks such as: (P) -Support lead to hire activities for all hiring profiles onApplicant Tracking Systemsystems. -Collect, manage data and identify trends related to key stages of the hiring process. -Analyze and provide reports in support of hiring to the Talent Acquisition functions. -Post requisitions to relevant job boards/channels per Sourcing plan. -Facilitate requisition status management. -Disposition candidates inATSbased on relevant triggers from hiring managers, recruiters, or sourcers. -Support the job offer process system related tasks, follow up and tracking. -Provide post offer support to candidates. This includes on-boarding & engagement with various stakeholders, among others. -Be a liaison between the Talent Acquisition and the Post Offer Support teams to ensure flawless execution between the hiring and onboarding process. Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/researchand/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. (P) Minimum Qualifications: -The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; or have a technical degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or have 6+ months of equivalent experience. -Willing to work on a temporary basis -6+ months of experience in the following areas: -Recruiting and sourcing -Full life cycle recruiting -MS Office products to manipulate, interpret, construct and format reports and presentations (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook). (P) Preferred Qualifications: -6+ months of experience in the following areas: -Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, influencing others, and providing solutions to difficult situations -Smashfly (Candidate Management System) -Workday (Candidate Tracking System) (P) (P) This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only.
