The successful candidate will work closely with architecture, design, power/thermal, supplier Q&R and Intel's QRMT teams to gather all relevant model inputs, use conditions, and based on that create and execute a qualification plan for the Intel's Solid State Drives. You will be gathering empirical from multiple experiments to demonstrate quality and reliability goals are met . Responsibilities of this position include: - Determining reliability requirements to achieve company, customer and other reliability objectives. - Developing physics-based predictive reliability modeling methods and tools for reliability risk assessments. - Developing SSD risk assessment techniques, test methods and analytical tools to provide fast and effective feedback for reliability process optimization. (P) Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly. (P) Minimum Requirements: The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related field. 6+ months for experience: -Semiconductor Device physics and modeling -Circuit design -Semiconductor processing -Probability and statistics (P) This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only.
