A Customer Engineer intern on the CCE Firmware team is responsible for: -Replication, triage, and resolution of issues related to the Manageability Engine ME Firmware on customer designs. -Interacting with Firmware, BIOS, HW, and other platform components related to the Manageability Engine. -Address ME related issues as reported by various customers on Desktops, Notebooks, and other Intel based devices. -Involvement in writing software plugins, automation scripts, and other software engineering tasks. It is an excellent opportunity to get technical experience and enhance debug/triage skills and methodology.
