This is a mature functional team that excels at deep technical issue resolution and strives to provide the best debug support to both Intel customers and internal stakeholders. The task includes collaborating with other organizations such as firmware development, system validation, and other hardware teams to resolve issues together. In addition, you have an opportunity to learn about many platform components beyond firmware, including: BIOS, hardware, LAN, and others.
