Job Description
The AI COE at Rockwell Automation has an intern position available for a self-driven individual to participate in the development of applied AI solutions in close collaboration with the AI COE’s staff. A key target is to contribute to the simplification of the user workflow for the AI engine in closed loop operation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Pursuing a Bachelors or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Pursuing a Bachelors or advanced degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science from an accredited college or university
Strong experience with machine learning algorithms, workflows, and deep learning techniques.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
Experience with AI/ML/DL libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS) for deploying and managing machine learning models.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools for managing the machine learning lifecycle.
Experience with digital signal processing techniques and tools (e.g., FFT, wavelets).
Knowledge of front-end development frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
