As a Data Science & Analytics intern you will gain experience to include, but is not limited to activities and task listed below:

• Participate in requirements gathering and analysis sessions, along with the senior team members on the project
• Engage in either data engineering or dashboard development and/or testing activities, as assigned by the Pod Lead

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• COVID-19 vaccines will be required for all newly hired Carrier U.S. Salaried employees
• Experience with statistical programming software ( i.e. R, Python), database query languages ( i.e. SQL), AI/ML concepts ( i.e. NLP), data visualization tools ( i.e. PowerBI , Tableau), and automation tools ( i.e. Blue Prism, PowerShell)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects

EDUCATION

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, majoring in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field of study
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA
• Relevant coursework or previous internships preferred
