    Job Description

    Program Start Date: Summer 2024

    We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Engineering Intern in Training (IIT) Program within Rockwell Automation's Lifecycle Services Organization. This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive experience in various customer-facing engineering roles, enabling you to develop a well-rounded skill set, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to real-world projects. Throughout the rotations, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, learn from experienced professionals, and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our products and services.

    Potential Rotations Include:

    • Engineer Services (Remote Support, Application Engineering, Field Service)
    • Project Management
    • Customer Success
    • Process Improvement
    • Consulting

    The Essentials - You Will Have:

    • Current enrollment in a four-year or advanced degree engineering or technical program
    • A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
    • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future

    The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

    • An interest in improving processes and finding creative ways to solve problems
    • Experience providing high-quality customer service
    • Second- or third-year academic standing at your university
    • Have a valid U.S. driver's license
    • Preference for geographically located near Birmingham, AL, Cleveland, Ohio or Milwaukee, WI as relocation assistance is not provided for this role
