    Job Description

    Rockwell Automation is looking for aspiring engineers to come join us for a paid summer internship through the Rockwell Engineering Pathways Program (REPP).

    REPP provides interns with hands-on exposure to the industrial automation industry and opportunities in areas such as:

    • hardware design
    • cybersecurity
    • embedded software development/testing
    • web development

    Over the summer, interns will learn about and use Rockwell products, contribute to a hands-on engineering development team project, network with experienced engineers and technical leaders, and receive personalized career mentorship.

    Final Interviews will take place in Spring 2024.

    The Basic Qualifications - You Must Have:

    • Current standing as a high school junior, senior or college freshman pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in the greater Milwaukee, WI or Cleveland, OH areas (relocation assistance is not provided)
    • A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
    • Legal permanent authorization to work in the US. Sponsorship not available for individuals with any visas, now or in the future

    The Preferred Qualifications - You Might Also Have:

    • A demonstrated interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM)
    • Experience with programming languages (Python, Java, C++, Ladder Logic, etc.)
    • Extracurricular involvement with STEM related activities
    • A cumulative GPA of 3.00
