About this role

Associates will work with the Supply Chain and Engineering teams to identify and drive productivity projects across the Refrigeration business with our factory and service entities in addition to partnering with our global commodity teams. Projects will include cost out opportunities, engineering redesigns, supplier consolidations, part number consolidations, spend optimizations and others.

• Utilize existing data to drive supplier and part spend optimizations
• Work with Engineering to drive completion of Schedule B productivity projects
• Develop dashboards and trackers utilizing excel and Power Bi
• Reviews monthly plans to identify variances
• Project manage timelines and task handoffs between cross functional teams on complex projects

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 3.0 or higher GPA
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of refrigeration products (preferred but not required)
• Ability to solve challenging and complex customer requests
• Knowledgeable in data mining, Power BI, pivot tables
