About You: To be successful in this role you must have experience providing support to leaders in an organization. Must have Excellent communication, both verbal and written, analytical and inter-personal skills. Excellent decisions making abilities. As a Sales Coordinator, you will spend your time Providing critical support to the Account Manager. Helping manage customer relations and data integrity. Acting as the liaison between customers and all IFF areas and functions. Facilitating timely delivery of requirements related to customer briefs. Resolving issues that arise. Required Skills: Communication and excellent presentation skills. Strong customer orientation. Ability to problem solve. Team oriented with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize. Experience: Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree is preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in a support function. Basic computer skills and ability to adapt to new software systems. Proficient in SAP, Outlook, BW and Excel is a plus. Experience in a flavor manufacturing environment is a strong plus. We are IFF.
