    Sensory Evaluator Tracking Code 5615-292 Job Description The Sensory Evaluator works closely with our Operations teams to provide proper sensory evaluation of both raw and finished products. This position works independently as well as on a team with other Sensory Evaluators. Responsibilities include: Evaluates product according to specified taste methods and determines acceptability Manages, prepares, and administers one or more structured customer specific sensory programs Communicates results and works together with Creative team Operates, maintains, organizes, and continually develops sensory programs and data through Compusense software Recommends continual development opportunities for current processes and subsequently leads research efforts in support of the Quality and Creative groups Maintains Gold Standard libraries Sensory Evaluation of certain raw materials Performs Analytical testing as needed Customer communication for Shelf Life and Re-certifications We are IFF.
