    MARKET & STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT ANALYST

    SOUTHFIELD, MI

     

    As a member of the E-Systems Strategy and Product Management team, the Market and Strategy Development Analyst will be responsible for performing analysis, support, and research tasks as assigned and generates professional reports, presentations, and models to support the strategy development process. 

     

    THE ROLE

    Your work will include, but not be limited to:

    • Provide research and analytical support for strategy development team
    • Completes assigned tasks with professional reports on a timely basis
    • Works closely with functional groups to ensure accurate internal information is used in all analyses (Sales, Finance)
    • Develops and interprets market forecast, market share, trend, and other models based on inputs from product managers and portfolio strategist

     

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelors degree required in Engineering, Business, Economics, or similar field
    • Strong communication skills
    • Technical Aptitude –ability to understand and be inquisitive about technology
    • People Skills – Ability to connect with people and create insights from those interactions
    • Expert level Excel user
    • Strong PowerPoint skills
    • Business knowledge to interpret financial and analytical information such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, industry news, trends, graphs, and market reports
    • Conscientious and committed individual with drive to achieve challenging analysis assignments
