What you will be doing: Managing the daily tasks associated with a large electric and gas meter deployment Responsibilities: * Interface with multiple, senior-level stakeholders from SSN, customer, and contractor installation teams; * Demonstrate ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and concurrent projects. SSNs networks are in great demand and the Intern, PM must be able to coordinate multiple task in varying degrees of deployment; * Assist in documentation of project objectives, actions and as-completed materials, and all contracted reports as outlined in each projects deliverables list; * Document and communicate all project issues, potential solutions and recommended actions to the PM; * Uses queries and simple analytics to illustrate contract performance on compliance metrics, and performs data collection and aggregation in support of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting; * Perform routine tasks for hardware deliveries, including forwarding of the signed documentation to the customer; * Update the project database with the delivery and test documentation provide to the customer and SSN; * Process and tracking of the project RMAs; * Attend weekly intern meetings to provide status updates. Qualifications: * Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Visio; * Intermediate-to-advanced understanding of data entry; * Ability to write documentation of process and procedures; * Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with team members who work in a different office; * Current full-time registered student status working toward either a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering.
