Financial Analyst Intern Spring/Summer 2019 Jabil offers paid internships in our corporate Financial Planning & Analysis department. Corporate FP&A is responsible for portfolio management, competitive analysis, and variance analysis. Intern responsibilities may include: * Compile portfolio management reports for executive team * Conduct competitive analysis using the S&P Capital IQ platform * Communicate with the business to gather analysis and commentary for variance reports * Assist with month- and quarter-end close activities * Leverage data from systems to conduct analysis, develop reports, and provide insight to internal customers * Flexible work schedule given potential deadlines * May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Position Requirements: * Currently in pursuit of a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with a graduation date between December 2019 June 2021 * Able to work in the St. Petersburg, FL office for a minimum of 15-20 hours per week during the spring semester and full-time (40 hours/week) over the summer * Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor * Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy Preferred Qualifications: * Strong academic performance (3.0 or better GPA) * Highly organized with attention to detail * Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork mentality * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel and PowerPoint) * Experience in analytical tasks and research, preferred * Experience in Tableau, preferred Jabil is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by law. 835
