Jabil is an equal opportunity employer. Job Summary Procures production and MRO materials necessary for the operation of the business and assist with special projects. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Analyzes, maintains, and executes Materials Requirement Plan (MRP). Continuously monitors and verifies materials pipeline to ensure it meets the MRP requirements. Identify and appropriately address materials supply issues. Ensures materials availability to support production per the Master Production Schedule. Tracks and provides supporting data to necessary individuals. Issues Purchase Orders to pricing, terms & conditions that are negotiated and agreed to by Jabil Commodity Managers and Buyers. Ensures suppliers adherence to established agreements. Optimizes order management process to ensure effective communication with suppliers. Maintains integrity of master data and purchasing planning parameters. Address and resolve recurring or critical issues by utilizing corrective action tools and additional resources. Monitors, tracks, and provides feedback on suppliers performance on delivery, quality, and service. Education & Experience Requirements College students or recent graduates. At least one year of work experience in related field. Please note there is no relocation or housing with this internship. Successful applicants will have to fulfill all prerequisites for contracts.
