Support customers and sales by providing helpful information, answering questions, producing quotes, promoting products and services, managing orders and acting as a liaison between outside sales representatives and customer accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answers inbound requests via phone calls, emails, and web leads from customers seeking product quotes, purchases, or other inquiries.
- Makes outbound calls to prospective and current customers to follow up and close sales opportunities.
- Produces quotations using the Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs.
- Manages accounts and tasks within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs.
- Assists with all walk-in customers and sales calls.
- Coordinates order processing with Project Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Outside Sales team.
- Attends internal meetings to exchange product information and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Assists Outside Sales Representatives and Customer Service Representatives with post-sale customer support, submittal information and order entry.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred Education: Some coursework after high school
- Preferred Experience: Between 2 and 5 years in a Customer Service or Sales role
- 2+ years of experience working in the construction industry as a supplier, contractor, or office support function - Preferred
- Working knowledge of plans, prints, drawings, and detailed plan specifications per customer requirements – Preferred
- 2+ years of experience with precast concrete products - Preferred

- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
