Position Overview

Advantage Interests and its subsidiary Eagle Fire are looking for a motivated, entry-level candidate ready to begin a career in fire sprinkler system design. This is a ground-floor opportunity with hands-on training provided by an established and respected fire protection company. We are investing in the right person — someone eager to learn the trade, grow within the Eagle Fire team, and develop into a skilled designer over time.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in the design and layout of automatic fire sprinkler systems

• Support senior designers with drawings, calculations, and submittal preparation

• Utilize AutoCAD to develop and revise system layouts under supervision

• Assist with material lists, documentation, and project coordination tasks

• Follow NFPA standards and company procedures with guidance from senior staff

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• AutoCAD training, coursework, or certification of any kind

• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite

• Genuine interest in fire sprinkler design, engineering, and hydraulic calculations

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Fire sprinkler field installation experience (any level)

• AutoCAD skills combined with field knowledge of sprinkler systems

• Exposure to mechanical or engineering drafting concepts
