    Join our team at the 2nd largest Body-in-White and frame supplier in North America!!

     

    This position would coordinate and provide basic administrative services to the Plant Manager and HR Manager.  

    Responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following:

    • Coordinate travel reservations for customer visits and associate travel.
    • Maintain and organize the office area.
    • Compose and type routine correspondence.
    • Prepares charts and other materials for daily and monthly meetings.
    • Files records and documents.
    • Provides front office support (phones, greeting visitors, etc.)
    • Coordinates plant meetings.
    • Maintain travel log for company vehicles.
    • Prepares OT reports for supervisors.
    • Maintains visual and electronic bulletin boards.
    • Prepares monthly birthday and anniversary cards and calendars.
    • Orders, organizes and maintains office equipment and supplies.
    • Verifies daily production reporting.

    Required Skills

    Must be professional and friendly working in the front office.  

    Must have a valid drivers license and able to drive company vehicle per company's motor vehicle policy.

    Experience with Microsoft Office and proficient with WORD, EXCEL, and PowerPoint.
